How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted on what it gives back, not by the hour. We start with a Digital Performance Evaluation to define the scope and the exact price.
Do you work with real estate?
Yes. Real estate is one of our focus areas: we automate follow-up with people who enquire, the customer list and the monthly reporting for agents and agencies.
How soon will I see results?
The first automations are usually live in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the scope defined in the evaluation.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes, we're a bilingual Florida-based company and we work in both English and Spanish.
Can you fix the website I already have, or do I need a brand new one?
Both. We can build you a new site or connect the automation system to the one you already have, depending on what you run today. The system answers by email, staffs WhatsApp with AI, books appointments on your calendar and saves every enquiry into a customer list automatically.
Does it work in both Spanish and English?
Yes. The page switches between Spanish and English with one button, and it replies to WhatsApp and email in whichever language the person wrote in. Both live examples — a Palm Beach County realtor and an event bakery in Santiago — run bilingual for exactly that reason.
What happens to the customer information the page collects?
Every enquiry — name, phone, email and what they asked for — is saved automatically into one customer list, tagged by stage: new, spoken to, booked, customer. It's yours: you can pull it into a spreadsheet whenever you want, and you keep it even if you stop working with us.
How long does it take to get something like this running?
A new bilingual website is usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks. Connecting the full system — AI WhatsApp, booking, automatic follow-up and the customer list — to a site you already have takes longer, since it depends on what's already in place; a short call sets the exact timeline.
Do you only work in Florida?
We are a Florida-registered company and we work remotely. Most of our clients are here, but we work with businesses anywhere in the United States and around the world.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. The Digital Performance Evaluation ($197) is paid in full with the link in your confirmation email, and the 2 business days count from payment. For projects, you pay 50% on signing to start the work and the remaining 50% on the day it is delivered. We do not accept cryptocurrency yet.
Can you design my logo?
Yes, we can design your logo. Tell us what you need and we look at it together with the rest of the project in the evaluation.
Do you run courses or classes?
Not yet. We do not run programming courses or classes: what we do is build your system and leave it running.
What days are you available?
We are available every day of the week. Write to us through the form and we will get back to you.
Is there a refund if I am not happy with the evaluation?
No, the evaluation is non-refundable. It is research work delivered in full, and on this same page you have exactly what it includes before you decide.
