Orders used to arrive half-finished on WhatsApp, and they had to ask three times for the date, the district and how many people it was for. Now the page asks all of it at once — event date, district so delivery can be worked out, type of event, how many people and any allergies — offers a sixty-minute call in a real slot on the calendar, and files the enquiry in their customer list. The WhatsApp button is still there for whoever would rather write.
